Some of My Best Friends Are Germs

Fermented foods and a variety of polysaccharides are the way to go to increase your microbial biodiversity. Long-term use of processed foods and antibiotics take away the bad AND good bacteria in your gut. Another tip - Don't wash your veggies if they're from your own garden :-)
